Is my pottery ready?
We guarantee that your pottery is ready ONE WEEK from the day you paint. So, as long as it’s been 7 days, you’re pottery is ready to be picked up at the studio!
Are children welcome, and what age is appropriate?
Into the Fire has something for everyone, no matter their age! We love helping create memories through pottery that will last a lifetime.
Is my piece…
Food-Safe? Yes!
Dishwasher-Safe? Yes; however, we recommend hand-washing as it makes the piece last longer. Top rack is fine!
Microwave-Safe? Yes!
Do we offer gift certificates?
YES! We have gift-certificates that can be purchased in any amount, and are good for any activities at Into the Fire.
May I bring food and drinks?
Yes, food and drinks are welcome. However, we ask that alcoholic beverages are only brought to after-hours events.(i.e. Ladies Night, Canvases, etc)
Are reservations required/ do we take reservation?
No reservations are required! If you have a large group of 5+, we do ask that you call ahead. We do not take reservations for small tables, it is first come, first serve (with the exception of large parties).
How long do we hold finished pottery?
We hold onto finished pieces for 90 days, and will try to get ahold of you several times before we have to discard your pottery.
