Into the Fire

Located in Downtown Johnson City, TN

A fun place to paint white ceramic pieces using special paints.  We provide the tools and you provide the masterpiece.  We will glaze and fire your pieces.

Tuesday-Thursday 12-6pm
Friday-Saturday 12-7pm
Sunday 1-5pm

*We close every third Friday at 6pm for Ladies' Night

How it works

  1. We get you set up at a table

  2. Pick out your pottery

  3. Pick out your paint colors

  4. Paint your masterpiece

  5. Leave your piece(s) with us for us to add a shiny clear glaze over and fire in our kiln.

    *We can guarantee your pottery back in one week!

    *All of our pottery and paints are food-safe.

Cost

Price of the Pottery + Studio Fee + Tax = Your Total

Our Studio fee covers processing and firing of your masterpiece: 

  • $7 +tax Adults

  • $6 +tax Seniors, Students, and Military

  • $5 +tax Kids 12 and under

plus the price of the pottery you select ($2-$80 +tax)

  • Canyon Waterfall Canvas Class

    Friday, August 28th
    6-8pm $30 per person

    Includes 16x20 canvas, supplies, AND step-by-step instructions! BYOB is welcome.

    Make sure to RSVP ahead of time, as seating is limited!

    This canvas will be available the week of the class to take and paint at home (all supplies and instructions included)!

  • Dirty Soda Night

    Tuesday, September 1st 6-8pm
    $40 +tax
    RSVP required- spots are limited!

    Join us for a night of painting and making fun NEW soda combos. If you’re a diet coke girlie like me- you NEED to paint one of our ceramic tumbers for your soda! Customize your soda of choice, and decorate your tumber in your favorite colors, leave it with us for a week and we will glaze it, fire it and have it ready to pick up in a week!

    Plus- we will have a “Dirty Soda” bar that evening to enjoy while you paint!
