Into the Fire

Located in Downtown Johnson City, TN

A fun place to paint white ceramic pieces using special paints.  We provide the tools and you provide the masterpiece.  We will glaze and fire your pieces.

Tuesday-Thursday 12-6pm
Friday-Saturday 12-7pm
Sunday 1-5pm

*We close every third Friday at 6pm for Ladies' Night

How it works

  1. We get you set up at a table

  2. Pick out your pottery

  3. Pick out your paint colors

  4. Paint your masterpiece

  5. Leave your piece(s) with us for us to add a shiny clear glaze over and fire in our kiln.

    *We can guarantee your pottery back in one week!

    *All of our pottery and paints are food-safe.

Cost

Price of the Pottery + Studio Fee + Tax = Your Total

Our Studio fee covers processing and firing of your masterpiece: 

  • $7 +tax Adults

  • $6 +tax Seniors, Students, and Military

  • $5 +tax Kids 12 and under

plus the price of the pottery you select ($2-$80 +tax)

    We love books, you love books...let's paint some pottery inspired by our favorite fall/spooky reads! Reserve a table for yourself or your whole book club - we'll have book boxes, book vases & planters, mugs, wine glasses and much more to choose from.
    BYOB welcome!

    * We'll also have a fall themed/spooky/mystery book swap- so bring a gently used book of your choice for the book swap table and get $2 off your studio fee- plus go home with a new book to read!

  • Autumn Waterfall Canvas Class

    Thursday, October 8th 6-8pm
    $30/person OR To-Go Kit

    Includes 16x20 canvas, supplies, AND step-by-step instructions! BYOB is welcome.

    Join us for a fun night of pottery painting! Bring your besties, mom group, aunts, whoever! BYOB (and snacks) are welcome.
